1. What types of HVAC parts do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality HVAC components including motors, compressors, capacitors, furnaces, rooftop units, mini-splits, control boards, fan blades, and other professional-grade replacement parts. Our catalog is constantly growing to meet residential and commercial HVAC needs.

2. Are your parts new or refurbished?

We sell a mix of new surplus, refurbished, and open-box HVAC components. Each product listing clearly states the item's condition. All products are backed by our 1-Year Seller Warranty regardless of condition.

3. Do you offer a warranty?

Willard's HVAC Supply offers a 1-Year Seller Warranty on all items, effective from the date your item is delivered. This is a guarantee issued and fulfilled directly by us, not the original manufacturer. As an independent reseller, original manufacturer warranties generally do not apply to the brands we carry.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal operating conditions. It does not cover labor or diagnostic costs, improper installation, system downtime, or damage that occurred during shipping. All HVAC components must be diagnosed and installed by a licensed HVAC professional to qualify for a claim.

To start a claim, email support@willardshvacsupply.com with your order number, part number, a description of the issue, and photos or video evidence. We will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only if we made an error — such as shipping the wrong item or quantity. We do not accept returns for customer remorse, ordering the wrong part, misdiagnosis, or change of mind. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all original packaging included.

To start a return, contact us at support@willardshvacsupply.com. A prepaid return label will be provided if your request is approved — do not send items back without one, as unauthorized returns will be refused. The item must be in the carrier's possession within 2 business days of the label being issued.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

We provide the shipping label. We cover all return shipping costs when the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

8. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Standard Ground (Non-Freight): 3–5 business days after shipment. Carriers deliver Monday through Saturday.

Freight Orders: 5–7 business days after shipment depending on destination. LTL freight carriers typically deliver Monday through Friday.

10. Do I need to agree to your terms before placing an order?

Yes. At checkout, customers must check a box agreeing to our Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Warranty Policy. This ensures transparency about shipping, warranty coverage, and liability.

11. Do you provide technical assistance?

We’re happy to help you find compatible replacement parts, but we do not provide installation or diagnostic services. Please consult a licensed HVAC technician for professional repairs or system diagnostics.
