1. What types of HVAC parts do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality HVAC components including motors, compressors, capacitors, furnaces, rooftop units, mini-splits, control boards, fan blades, and other professional-grade replacement parts. Our catalog is constantly growing to meet residential and commercial HVAC needs.

2. Are your parts new or refurbished?

All items sold by Willard’s HVAC Supply are certified pre-owned unless otherwise stated in the product description. Any factory-refurbished or open-box items will be clearly labeled before purchase.

3. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects under normal use. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may involve inspection or return of the defective part. Misuse, improper installation, or modifications are not covered.

4. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging.
Please contact us first to obtain a shipping label provided by Willard’s HVAC Supply — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

We provide the shipping label. In most cases, we cover the return shipping if the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping yet.

8. Who is legally responsible for international direct shipments?

For international DDP shipments sent directly to a U.S. customer, the customer is listed as the importer of record (IOR) since the shipment is addressed in their name.
Willard’s HVAC Supply is not legally liable for customs declarations or import information errors once the package is accepted by the customer.

9. How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within one business day. Delivery times depend on the product’s warehouse location or supplier, but it is typically between 2 and 5 business days.

Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

We’re happy to help you find compatible replacement parts, but we do not provide installation or diagnostic services. Please consult a licensed HVAC technician for professional repairs or system diagnostics.
