Because we operate as an independent reseller sourcing from multiple supply partners, some orders may ship directly from our fulfillment partners' facilities rather than from a central Willards HVAC Supply warehouse. In those cases, the item has not passed through our physical location prior to shipment. This is standard practice for independent resellers and does not affect the product's authenticity or your warranty coverage.

We do not sell counterfeit, replica, imitation, or fraudulently represented products under any circumstances. All items sold on this site are genuine HVAC components.

Products listed on our site fall into the following condition categories. Each product listing clearly states which condition applies:

New / Surplus: The item is unused and in original or equivalent condition. It may have been stored in a warehouse environment and could show minor cosmetic signs of storage, such as dust or slight box wear. The item itself has not been used, installed, or powered.

Refurbished / Pre-Owned: The item has been previously used or opened and has been inspected and verified to be in working condition. It may show cosmetic imperfections such as scuffs, scratches, or signs of prior installation. Original packaging, documentation, or accessories may not be included or may vary from what was originally supplied by the manufacturer.

Open-Box: The item's original packaging has been opened, but the item itself may be unused. Contents may vary from the original retail package.

Important: Regardless of condition category, all products are covered by our 1-Year Seller Warranty. Please review individual product listings for specific condition details before purchasing.

5. Inspection & Verification

Our verification practices vary depending on how the product is fulfilled:

Items shipped from our facilities or inspected by our team:

• In-house inspection is not performed on these items prior to shipment

We are transparent that not every item we sell is physically inspected by our team before it ships. If you receive an item that does not match its listed condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@willardshvacsupply.com, and we will make it right.

6. Warranty Coverage

Manufacturer warranties generally do not apply to products purchased through Willards HVAC Supply. As an independent reseller outside authorized dealer channels, we cannot facilitate or guarantee manufacturer warranty service for any brand we carry.

In place of manufacturer warranty coverage, every product sold by Willards HVAC Supply is backed by our own 1-Year Seller Warranty, which covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Material defects

• Functional failures under normal operating conditions

This warranty is issued and fulfilled exclusively by Willards HVAC Supply LLC and begins on the date your item is delivered. It does not cover improper installation, misdiagnosis, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.
