Track Your Order

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

For freight orders, you will receive a Bill of Lading (BOL) number in place of a standard tracking number. You can use this to check your shipment status on the freight carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 1 business day of placing your order, or if you have questions about your shipment, please contact us at support@willardshvacsupply.com with your order number and we will assist you promptly.
