1-Year Limited Warranty Policy
At Willard’s HVAC Supply LLC, we provide a limited one-year warranty from the date the product is received. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and installation.

Our Promise:
If a defect occurs within one year, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Not Covered:
- Improper installation, wiring, or misdiagnosis.
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or incompatible systems.
- Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or acts of nature (fire, flood, power surge).
- Labor or shipping costs related to removal or reinstallation.
- Items sold “as-is” or marked “final sale.”
Warranty Claim Steps:
- Email support@willardshvacsupply.com with your order number, part number, description, and photos or video of the issue.
- If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for return.
- Drop the return off within two (2) business days of receiving the label.
After inspection, we’ll confirm if the part qualifies for repair, replacement, or refund.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Ensure diagnosis and installation were performed by a qualified technician.
- Return the item in original condition.
- If no defect is found, shipping and handling charges will apply.

Shipping Policy
At Willard's HVAC Supply, we take pride in fast, reliable shipping for both standard and freight orders. Please review our shipping terms carefully to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Freight shipments are included at no additional shipping charge unless optional services such as liftgate delivery are requested.
3. Carriers Used
We ship using a combination of standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and LTL freight carriers depending on the size, weight, and type of product ordered.
4. Order Cutoff Time & Handling Time
- Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the following business day.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
5. Estimated Transit Time
- Standard Ground (Non-Freight): 3–5 business days after shipment. Carriers deliver Monday through Saturday.
- Freight Orders: 5–7 business days after shipment depending on destination. LTL freight carriers typically deliver Monday through Friday.
6. Freight Shipping Details
- Freight shipments are delivered curbside to commercial or residential addresses.
- The customer is responsible for unloading the item(s) from the truck unless a liftgate service is purchased or included.
- Inspect all freight deliveries before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. Note any visible damage immediately and contact us within 24 hours at support@willardshvacsupply.com.
7. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Freight shipments may include a Bill of Lading (BOL) number for status updates through the carrier's website.
8. Missing or Undelivered Orders
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery window, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking number or BOL number for the latest carrier update.
- Allow 1–2 additional business days, as carrier delays occasionally occur.
- If your order still has not arrived, contact us at support@willardshvacsupply.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Willard's HVAC Supply is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Refund & Return Policy
Return Policy (7-Day Limit)
At Willards HVAC Supply, we specialize in surplus HVAC parts. Because of the nature of these products, we maintain a strict and limited return policy. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order as orders that are placed cannot be canceled. We also do not accept returns for customer remorse (Wrong Item, Doesn’t Fit, Changed Mind).
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted if Willards HVAC Supply made an error, such as:
Shipping the wrong item or quantity
Incorrect labeling or packaging - Returns will not be accepted for customer errors, including but not limited to:
Ordering the wrong part number
Misdiagnosis or improper installation
Change of mind or compatibility issues
2. Time Limit
All eligible return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the item is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after this period will be denied without exception.
3. Return Condition
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.
- All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Items showing any signs of installation, tampering, or modification are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Return Authorization (Label Required)
- A Shipping Label must be issued by Willards HVAC Supply before any item is returned.
- Unauthorized returns or packages sent without an our own shipping label will be refused or discarded.
5. When a Return Label Is Issued
If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and the following instructions:
"Attached is the shipping label for the return shipment. You are responsible for dropping it off at the nearest carrier location listed on the label."
Your return will be rejected if any of the following conditions are met:
- The package is not in the carrier’s possession within two (2) business days from the date the RMA is issued.
- The product(s) do not match the original shipment or are not in the same condition as when received.
- The customer makes any shipping errors that cause the package to be lost or damaged.
If the return shipment is lost by the carrier, you are responsible for filing an insurance claim with that carrier.
Once your item is delivered back to us, please follow up within three (3) business days to confirm your refund status. Delayed follow-up may result in the item being returned to you.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Willards HVAC Supply.
- Any unauthorized or rejected returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
1-Year Warranty (Defective Items Only)
All products include a limited one-year warranty against defects in material or workmanship from the date of receipt. This warranty applies only to defective items and does not cover:
