We provide a 1-year limited warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from Willard’s HVAC Supply.
This warranty covers:

The warranty period begins on the date your item is delivered and lasts for 365 days.
2. Warranty Provided by Willard’s HVAC Supply
Our warranty is provided by Willard’s HVAC Supply, not by the manufacturer.
If your item becomes defective within the 1-year period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace it with a new or equivalent product, or
- Issue a full or partial refund.
The choice between repair, replacement, or refund will be determined based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
- Consumable parts (filters, seals, batteries, etc.) unless defective upon arrival
